Shri Nageshwar Jyotirlinga the Gods of Nagas, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva in India. It is said in the Rudra Sanhita that this form of Shiv have been referred as Darulawane Nagesh. In the scriptures it is said to be the great glory to hear the story of their origin. The Shiva devotee, who hears devotional stories, receives liberation from sins, travels to divine Shiv Lokam.
Nageshwar word means, God of snakes. Snake who always move around the neck of Lord Shiv. Therefore, the temple is famous to resolve diseases related to toxins and poisons. Nageshwar lingam looks like tri-mukhi Rudraksha, established as black rounded Dwarka. One can also worship Goddess Parvati with Shiva. Temples are considered mythological importance that worshiped Lord Shiva by Lord Krishna Rudrabhishek. Adi Guru Shankaracharya established western Kalika Peeth.
Jyotirling is located on the 17 km outskirts of Dwarka Dham in Gujarat. This place is located in the pathway of Gomati Dwarka to Beyt Dwarka. Few local buse amenities are available at 7:30 AM for spiritual trip of Rukmini temple, Gopi pond and Beyt Dwarka including Nageshwar temple from Gomati Dwarka. Spiritual Scholars opinion is considered different for Nageshwar Jyotirlinga, few consider Jageshwar Mandir Almora or some believe in Purna Temple Andhra Pradesh as Jyotirlinga. Read in Hindi
