This small temple of Maa Durga was established around 1980. This temple named as Lal Mandir beacuse it shines like the redness of Maa durga. This Nav Durga Lal Temple is located 200 meters from Uttam Nagar East Metro Station.
Radha Ashtami festival and vrat is celebrated in the temple with great fanfare, this festival is the biggest and famous festival here. Radha Ashtami is considered to be established as an annual festival here. Shri Shani Maharaj is seated in the outer area of the temple, and he has also been planted with banana tree, mother Tulsi and other sacred plants.
To reach the temple in a convenient way, use exit gate number-2 ie Pankha Road side exit of Uttam Nagar East Metro Station.
