Dakshin Delhi Kalibari (Bengali: দক্ষিণ দিল্লি কালীবাড়ি) is a temple dedicated to Maa Kali in the foothills of the Malai Temple on the hill in Ramakrishna Puram. This temple of Maa Kali was dedicated to the people of Delhi on 11 June 1987.

The temple operates a huge library of 3000 books, a 41-room Dharamshala, a party conference hall and other facilities. This mandir has murti’s of Maa Kali, Bhagwan Shiva and Yugal Murti of Radha Krishna. A beautiful garden is also situated in front of the temple, office and Dharamshala.

The temple is not only a religious place but provides shelter to many visitors in Delhi. The best celebration time is Durga Puja.

The idea of establishment Kalibari temple.

13 July 1968

A temporary temple and first committee formed for the Kalibari temple.

March 1980

Legal possession handover to association by MCD.

October 1982

Temple design approval application was submitted in October 1982.

January 1984

The MCD approved the temple design.

7 November 1983

The foundation stone was laid by Swami Ranganathananda, vice President of Ramkrishna Mission.

11 June 1987

The completion of Dakshin Delhi Kalibari temple with Goddess Makali, Lord Shiva and Shri Radha Krishna.

1991

First time Dakshin Delhi Kalibari Trust formed with Shri Pranab Mukherjee.

10 August 2007

The foundation stone of the construction of Dharamshala.

15 April 2010

The Inaugurated of Dharamshala.
