History and Architecture of Hutheesing Jain Mandir
❀ The Hutheesing Jain Mandir in Ahmedabad is primarily dedicated to Shri Dharmanatha Swami, the 15th Jain Tirthankara.

❀ The temple was built by wealthy Jain merchant Sheth Hutheesing Kesarisinh. After his death, his wife Harkunwar Shethani completed the temple.

❀ It was constructed during a famine, it provided employment to many artisans.

❀ As per bhaktibharat the temple was entirely built of white marble in Maru-Gurjara style.

❀ The temple has 52 small shrines (Devakulikas) surrounding the main temple, beautiful pillared halls and domes, intricate carvings of dancers, flowers, and Jain symbols and a 78-ft Manastambha (pillar of honor) at the entrance.
