Trivatinath Temple, or Trivatinath Mahadev Temple, is a famous ancient Hindu Shiva temple in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. Due to the appearance of Shivling between three banyan trees, it was named Trivati. Apart from this, a 60 feet high statue of Bholenath has been installed in the ancient Trivatinath temple. This statue remains the center of faith and attraction among the people. The special thing is that Bareilly is already known as Nathnagari because there is a temple of Bhagwan Shiva in every direction of the city.

History and Architecture of Trivati nath Mahadev Temple
❀ Legend says a shepherd slept beneath a banyan tree and saw Lord Shiva in a dream. On digging, he discovered a naturally manifested (Swayambhu) Shiva Linga between three banyan trees—hence the name Trivati Nath (“three banyan trees”)

❀ Temple constructed with Rajasthani red stone, the temple underwent several renovations and features beautifully crafted carvings and motifs typical of Nagara‑style North Indian architecture.

❀ The temple complex includes main shrine with the Shiva Linga and smaller shrines for Ganesha, Parvati, Hanuman, and Krishna. Yagna shala, Ram temple, sacred courtyard, and vehicle parking area.

❀ In recent years, the temple added a 60‑foot statue of Lord Bholenath which has become a focal point of devotion
