Popularly known white marbled Birla Temple is really names as लक्ष्मी नारायण मंदिर (Laxmi Narayan Temple) at the foot base of Moti Dungari hills. Hindu Gods and Goddesses, can be seen. Delicate carvings of Hindu symbols, and ancient quotes from the Geeta and the Upanishads ornament the walls of this fascinating temple.
Photography is not allowed inside the prayer hall, visitors need to take off the shoes before the entry.

History
The Birla temple was built on the land given to the Birla family by the Maharaja, for just a token sum of one rupee. Birla mandir has three domes to represent the three religions of India, a tribute to the secular nature of the country.
