Dhaulinag Mandir - धौलीनाग मंदिर

Dhaulinag Temple is an ancient and renowned temple dedicated to Lord Dhaulinag (the Serpent Deity), who is worshipped in the Kumaon region of Uttarakhand. The temple is situated in Chhana village (near Khantoli) on the Bageshwar–Munsiyari route. The temple is open for visitors on all days of the week. Morning: 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM and in evening: 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Nag Panchami is the most prominent and grand festival celebrated at the Dhaulinag Temple. Held during August–September, the Dhaulinag festival attracts thousands of devotees. On this occasion, devotees offer milk, flowers, incense, and other items to Lord Dhaulinag, seeking blessings for their family's happiness, prosperity, and safety, as well as the fulfillment of their wishes.

How to Reach Dhaulinag Temple
Dhaulinag Temple is situated on the Bageshwar–Munsiyari Road, approximately 18–20 kilometers from Bageshwar town. It is easily accessible via private vehicles, taxis, and local buses. The nearest railway station is Kathgodam Railway Station, located about 180 kilometers away. The nearest airport is Pantnagar Airport, from where taxi and bus services to Bageshwar are available.
