Adiyogi refers to (The First Yogi) or Shankar as the first yogi. One of the biggest statues of Bhagwan Shiva at the very first glance of the statue you just forget everything. It was established to inspire people towards inner well-being through yoga. It is located at the Isha Yoga Center. The 112 ft height Shiva Statue is made of steel. It is a 14 minute light and sound show, projected upon the Adiyogi Statue. A linga called Yogeshwar Linga was consecrated and placed in front of the statue. The Indian Ministry of Tourism has included the statue in its official Incredible India campaign.

A must-visit place situated amidst nature, it’s slightly secluded. Surrounded by huge mountains, it’s built on very large ground. Enough space to sit and walk around. Very peaceful. An easy way to find bliss in the serene atmosphere. Must be like heaven during rains! From here you can take an electric vehicle or a bullock cart to reach the entrance or you can enjoy a short walk. The good thing about this place is it’s very peaceful and absolutely super clean.
