Shri Vednath Mahadev Mandir established by Shri Maheshanand Giri Ji Maharaj, is present in Ashok Vihar since 1986 with other four temples. Temple can be visualized from a distance away due their Shivling style main Shikhar which is also main attraction of this temple. In the north direction Shri Ganesh with the Riddhi-Siddhi and Mata Durga, on the west side Sury Bhagwan. Yog-nidra magna Lord Vishnu resides in east direction with Mata Lakshmi and Bhudevi, also having Brahma Ji on lotus.

On the day of Maha Shivaratri the temple is anointed four times in a day, and with 1008 lotus flowers on Sawan Shivratri, the Sahasranama of Shivling is anointed with the Stotram accent. Along with this, pradosha and chaturdashi of every month are celebrated as Shivling abhishekm at both monrning and evening times. On the day of Ashtami of both the Chaitra and Shardiya Navaratri is offered a evening hawan puja. Ganesh festival begins with 1008 motichoor laddu. Read in Hindi
