What is the scientific reason for reading Shrimad Bhagavad Gita? (श्रीमद भगवद गीता पढ़ने का वैज्ञानिक कारण क्या है?)

Shrimad Bhagavad Gita, this holy book must be read at least once. Many believe that the teachings of the Gita should also be followed. But only a few people recognize the real purpose of the Gita. Why is there more emphasis on Gita than on any other holy book, especially in Sanatan culture?
Primarily, there are two reasons why you should read, understand and then apply the teachings stated in the Shrimad Bhagavad Gita. These are summarized as follows:

❀ Shrimad Bhagavad Gita is the essence of all Vedic knowledge that truth seekers are able to gather or will ever be able to collect in the future by using the powers of mind and body that man possesses. This might sound like a bold statement to you by comparison, but it is true. This statement makes sense when one has verified the truths revealed in the Gita by modern science.

❀ Shrimad Bhagavad Gita teaches you how to handle that knowledge. It not only develops in you a true and fair view of seeing and knowing yourself as well as the entire creation, but it also teaches you how to handle the knowledge gained through such observance. The beauty of the text is that it is all done while narrating the story between two friends who are on the verge of entering the worst war of their lives.

Thus, Shrimad Bhagavad Gita is a collection of knowledge with detailed description of how to put that knowledge into practical use. It reveals the absolute truth and at the same time, it teaches you to behave like a kid who is heartbroken when he gets a new toy but doesn't know how to handle it. It doesn't leave you to find your own ways to handle and use that knowledge. It doesn't dominate you. Chapter by chapter it takes you on a journey to understand the various aspects of this supreme knowledge and continues to explain how to acquire them and use them to elevate yourself to the highest possible position in life.

The Shrimad Bhagavad Gita doesn't even prescribe a particular path or solution for you. Bhagwan Krishna, speaking as a Brahmin, promises that your personal beliefs and preferences will be respected. He will stabilize your faith and inspire you to achieve whatever goal you choose for yourself in your life, be it the most demonic or the most divine. He certainly makes it clear that when you really have the option of wanting something in life then why run after small things? Why don't you wish for the seat of Brahma, the highest place available in the universe? He lovingly invites you to his heavenly abode. It's up to you to decide. They have also detailed the highest achievable positions in almost every category you could wish for.

Shrimad Bhagavad Gita is not just a book of knowledge. This is the 'Book' of the Absolute Truth, complete with detailed manuals attached to how to use that knowledge for our ascension. In the second chapter itself, complete knowledge has been revealed by the Bhagwan.
