History Architecture of Dudhadhari Math
Dudhadhari Monastery is known for its magnificent architecture. As soon as you climb the stairs of the monastery, there is the main gate of the temple made of thick iron bars. On top of which it is written in white marble, \"Shri Dudhadhari Math, Establishment - Samvat 1610\" i.e. the year 1554 was built during the British period.
Dudhadhari Math was established by Balabhadra Das Maharaj. Balbhadradas Maharaj lived in his hut amidst lush green trees near the dam pond. Most of Balbhadradas's time was spent in devotion to his favorite Hanuman. He used to anoint Hanuman with cow's milk and consumed only that milk and no other food. People around saw that Balbhadra consumed only milk, from then on he came to be known as 'Dudhadhari' and from here the name of this monastery came to be 'Dudhadhari Math'.
There are three main temples in the courtyard of Dudhadhari Math:

❀ Shri Balaji Temple
❀ Hanuman Temple
Hanuman temple is considered the presiding deity of Dudhadhari Math. This monastery is like a fort which is surrounded by high walls on all sides. Adding to the importance of the monastery, an old well is also present in the courtyard of the monastery. Which is still used today.
Darshan time of Dudhadhari Math
Dudhadhari Math opening time – 07:00 AM and closing time – 07:00 PM. The monastery remains open throughout the day. Due to which devotees will be able to visit the monastery throughout the week.

Hanuman Jayanti, Ram Navami, Janmashtami are the major festivals in Dudhadhari Math, which are celebrated in a grand manner.
