The god element becomes stronger from this month. Worshiping Tulsi with Bhagwan Vishnu in this month is considered fruitful. Apart from this, bathing in the Ganges, donating lamps, performing yajna, charity etc. in this month gets rid of all troubles. Festivals like Diwali, Chhath Puja, Dhanteras, Tulsi Vivah, Bhishma Panchaka, Vaikunth Chaturdashi, Dev Diwali Kartik Purnima are observed in this whole month.

Whats Happening in Kartik Month?

In the month of Kartik, Shri Krishna, the incarnation of Bhagwan Vishnu, married Mata Tulsi in the form of Shaligram. In this month, donating lamps, yagya, havan, bathing in Ganga, charity, marriage, housewarming etc. are very fruitful. Apart from all these, you can also take some measures for home peace this month.

Must do this work on Kartik Purnima

❀ The full moon that falls in the month of Kartik is considered to be the most sacred and the biggest full moon of the year. Therefore, one should take a bath in a holy river etc. on this day.

❀ On the day of Kartik Purnima, a lamp should be lit in front of Tulsi plant in the evening. Along with this, one should also donate lamps by visiting the temples of Lord Vishnu and Lord Shiva.

❀ On this day, one should visit Lord Shiva at the time of moonrise. He should also be worshipped with full rituals.

❀ On the day of Kartik Purnima, food, money and clothes etc. should be donated to the needy people. By doing this, a person's progress doubles during the day and quadruples during the night.
