The Sindhi community celebrates Cheti Chand as birth anniversary of their Ishtadeva Shri Jhulelal also called as Lal Sai, Uderolal, Varun Dev, Doolhalal, Dariyalal and Zinda Pir.

चेटी चंड हिन्दी में

चेटी चंड सिंधी लोगों का एक सबसे लोकप्रिय त्योहार है जिसे सिंधी नववर्ष के रूप में भी मनाया जाता है। चेटी चंड हिंदू कैलेंडर के अनुसार नवरात्र के दूसरे दिन अर्थात चैत्र शुक्ल द्वितीया को मनाया जाता है। सिंधी समुदाय अपने इष्टदेव श्री झूलेलाल की जयंती के रूप में भी चेटी चंड को मनाते हैं, जिन्हें लाल साई, उदेरो लाल, वरुण देव, दूलह लाल, दरिया लाल और जिंदा पीर के नाम से भी जाना जाता है।
