Lalita Devi took birth in a village known as Karehla and then her father brought her to Uccagaon. It is considered highly auspicious to worship Lalita Devi along with Lord Krishna on this day.

He is a close friend of Govardhana Gopa. Her age is 14 years, 8 months and 27 days. Her home is in Yavata and her nature is vama-prakhara.
