शुक्ल पक्ष की अष्टमी तिथि को दुर्गा अष्टमी का व्रत किया जाता है। इस दिन देवी दुर्गा के भक्त उनकी पूजा करते हैं और पूरे दिन उपवास रखते हैं।
Durga Ashtami Puja Method
❀ On the day of Durga Ashtami, wake up in the morning, pour Gangajal and take a bath.
❀ Take wooden lessons and spread red cloth on it.
❀ Then chanting the mantra of Maa Durga, install her statue or photo.
❀ Worship all the forms of Maa Durga with red or udhal flowers, vermilion, akshat, naivedya, vermilion, fruits, sweets etc.
❀ Then recite Durga Chalisa by lighting incense-lamps and do not forget to do aarti too.
❀ After this join hands and place your wishes in front of them.
