Jagannath Laxmi Narayan Bhesh or Thiakia Bhesh (जगन्नाथ लक्ष्मी नारायण भेश या थियाकिया भेश)

The laxmi narayan bhesh or thiakia bhesh of mahaprabhu takes place on kartika shukla ekadashi. In kartik shukla ekdashi after abakash rituals, mahaprabhu will be dressed in the thiakia bhesh. This bhesh will continue up to the end of bhogamandapa ritual.
Bhesh Wearing Rituals:
In this bhesh mahaprabhu jagannath and balabhadra are adored with golden arms,legs, kadamba mali, kiriti,harida mali, bahada mali,tabeeza mali, baghanakhi mali,sebati mali, etc.

Shri balabhadra holds hala mushala and shri jagannath holds shankha chakra. They both wear one trishakha dress each and tilaka each. They also wear srimukha padma. Maa subhadra is adored with kiriti, karnakundala, differ types of garlands,odiani, chandra surya and tadagi.

The three deities are adored with srimukha bala on the face. Two conical trimundi chula are offered on the heads of jagannath and balabhadra in which golden sticks which resemble kiya flowers are attached. Both of them wear karna kundala.

In the past, the mahants of ramanuja sampraday matha used to witness the bhesh and sing shriman narayan stotram in infront of Bhagwan. The laxmi narayan bhesh or thiakia bhesh of mahaprabhu every year takes place on kartika shukla ekadashi.
