Lokanatha Swami, one of Srila Prabhupada's most devoted disciples. Most respected Loknath Swami has deep knowledge of Vedic scriptures. Following in the footsteps of Srila Prabhupada, Lokanatha Swami has distributed the essence of his divine and spiritual knowledge in the form of books. These books are full of deep knowledge along with interesting experiences that will continue to encourage many people to move forward.

Lokanatha Swami became an initiated disciple of Srila Prabhupada in 1972. He then attained Sannyasa by His divine grace in December 1975 at the age of 26. Loknath Swami always had the ambition to dedicate his life to the service of his people, his country and humanity. Loknath Swami Maharaj followed the principle of simple living and high thinking since childhood.

Loknath Swami, His Holiness travels around the world, and is known for his inspiring lectures and kirtans. Currently, he is working on several book projects, and plans to publish them in the coming years. He is one of the leading initiating gurus in ISKCON today, and has initiated disciples throughout the world.
