मातृ मंदिर (बंगाली: মাতৃ মন্দির) बंगाली संस्कृति, धार्मिक एवं सामाजिक गतिविधियों का प्रमुख केंद्र है। मातृ मंदिर समिति की स्थापना सन् 1965 में हुई, पहला छोटा वैकल्पिक काली मंदिर सन् 1969 में उद्घाटित किया गया।
15 अप्रैल 1975 को भूतल पर धर्मशाला का उद्घाटन किया गया। मातृ मंदिर द्वारा मातृ मंदिर सम्बाद नामक एक त्रैमासिक बंगाली पत्रिका भी प्रकाशित की जाती है। माँ काली के मुख्य भवन के ही निकट भव्य लक्ष्मी-नारायण धाम एवं शिवालय बनाए गये हैं।
