सोलह सोमवार (Solah Somvar)

प्रमुखतया कुछ भक्त सावन के सोमवार व्रतों को सावन के बाद तक भी जारी रखते हैं, एसे भक्त सावन के प्रथम सोमवार से प्रारंभ करते हुए लगातार सोलह(१६) और सोमवारों को यह व्रत जारी रखते हैं। इस प्रक्रिया को सोलह सोमवार उपवास के नाम से जाना जाने लगा।
