Balbhog Recipe (बालभोग बनाने की सरल विधि)

Recipe:
Firstly, add a flour and pour it with a ghee on a low flame till it becomes pink (golden). Use a heavy bottom vessel to roast the flour. Now keep the roasted dough to cool down.
Now roast the makhana in a pan till it gets crisp. Then mix bura and crunchy makhane in it.

In the end, mix fresh tulsi (Basil) leaves into it. In this way, a delicious BaalBhog is prepared for indulgence.

Ingredients:
Flour, Ghee, Bura
Mewa - Makhana and other nuts like almonds, cashews, raisins (as desired)
Basil (Tulsi) leaves
