Har Ghar Tiranga (हर घर तिरंगा - ब्लॉग)

Har Ghar Tiranga
'Har Ghar Tiranga' is a campaign under the aegis of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav to encourage people to bring the tricolor home and hoist it to mark the 75th year of India's independence. Our national flag means a lot to us. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has called for hoisting the tricolor in every household from August 13 to 15 to mark the Amrit Mahotsav of Independence.
Under the 'Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan', the target is to hoist the national flag in 20 crore homes across the country from August 13 to 15. This will surely create a sense of patriotism among the people, as the tricolor is aan, ban and the pride of the country. For this our heroes give their lives. The Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan will also remind us of the heroes who dreamed of a flag for independent India.

The idea behind the initiative is to inculcate the feeling of patriotism in the hearts of the people and promote awareness about the Indian National Flag.
