According to Hindu calendar, Vaishakh Shukla Tritiya is celebrated as Akshaya Tritiya. According to Hindu beliefs, any jaap-tapa, havan-yagya, donation etc. done on this day becomes Akshaya i.e. its merits never get wasted. On this day, Lord Vishnu i.e. Shri Lakshmi Narayana is worshipped along with Goddess Lakshmi. In some areas, Lord Kubera is also worshipped on this occasion. After the worship, Ghatdaan or Udkumbhadaan is done, the mantra of which is given here.

3. Lakshmi Narayan Mantra
Om Shri Lakshminarayanay Namah.
Mantra Meaning - Oh Lord Shri Lakshmi Narayan! I Bow to Your Sacred Lotus Feet Again and Again.
4. Kubera Mantra
Om Yakshay Kuberaya Vaishravanaya Dhandhanyadhipatay
Dhanadhaanyasamrddhin Me Dehi Dapay Svaha॥
Mantra Meaning – O Lord of Yakshas! You Are the Ruler of All the Wealth of the Universe, O Lord! I Salute You Immensely. Oh, Lord! Please Grant Me Wealth and Happiness and Prosperity.
5. Ghatadan or Udkumbhadan Mantra
Esh Dharmaghato Datto Brahmavishnu Shivatvakah.
Asy Pradaanattrpyantu Pitropi Pitaamahah.
Gandhodakatilamishran Sannan Kumbhan Saakshinam.
Pitrbhyah Sampradaasyaami Akshayyamupatishatu.
