Greeting with folded hands:
❀ Salutation with folded hands is the ancient tradition and civilization of Hinduism. By giving salutation with both hands, you also give respect to the front and also you get physical benefits due to the scientific importance of this action.
❀ When we join the two hands, our palms and fingers are pressed on the points which are directly related to body parts like eyes, nose, ears, heart etc. In this way, the pressure is also called aqua pressure therapy.

Surya Namaskar in Indian culture:
❀ The importance of morning has been emphasized in our daily routine. Hence, early morning in Indian culture has been associated with Surya Namaskar.
❀ Indians greet the sun by offering it with water. The rays of the sun hitting the water and falling in the eyes do not cause eye diseases.
❀ Also, having twelve types of asanas together strengthens the body.
Tilak in forehead:
❀ Applying tilak on the forehead between the two eyebrows puts pressure on the point which is considered to be the most special part of our nervous system.
❀ By applying tilak, it becomes active as soon as this particular part is pressed, and new energy starts circulating in the body.
❀ Applying tilak increases concentration and blood is also properly circulated in the facial muscles.
Bells in the temple:
❀ There are scientific reasons to have hours or bells in the temple. There is a spiritual feeling as soon as the sound of the hour falls in the ears. This increases concentration and calms the mind.
❀ The scriptures state that the sound of the thunder keeps evil spirits away from the temple. The voice of the hour is dear to God.
❀ When we play the bell in the temple, its resonance resonates in our ears for about seven seconds. It is believed that during this period, the seven points which give relief in our body are activated by the sound of the hour and the negative energy gets out of the body.
Indian Food: Spicy and sweets served together
Spicy dishes and sweetmeats are served together in Indian thali but sweets are always consumed at the last meal. It is said that eating spicy first activates the digestive juices and acids necessary for the digestive system of the body. Then digestion is controlled by the consumption of sweets.
Murti Pujan:
❀ Scientific reason is said to be the practice of murti worship in India. It is said that when we look at a picture or murti of someone and pray, then the whole attention is paid to that adorable goddess. The mind becomes completely concentrated and controlled.
❀ Therefore, murti worship is said to be an important part of human life for spiritual progress in India.
