Baba Ramdev is a famous Indian yoga teacher. He has contributed a lot in the field of Yogasana and Pranayam Yoga. Swami Ramdev has so far taught yoga directly or indirectly to crores of people in the country and abroad. Ramdev himself organizes yoga camps at various places, in which people from almost every community come. Swami Ramdev is famous for popularizing yoga among Indians through television and his mass yoga camps.

Baba Ramdev's yoga has proved to be very important for physical, mental and spiritual health. Swamiji claimed that he was paralyzed at the age of two and a half years, which he claimed was cured by the practice of yoga. Recently he has started Bharat Swabhiman Movement which covers all the ground realities of Indian social, political and economic scenario.

Swami Ramdev has co-founded Patanjali Ayurveda Limited with his colleague Balakrishna. He advocated Indian nationalism in the tradition of the Swadeshi movement through the production and sale of Patanjali Ayurveda products and encouraged Indian citizens to reject multinational brands.
