Sevai Ki Kheer:
This simple recipe for Vermicelli (Sevai) Ki Kheer is the main dessert prepared in the festival of Raksha Bandhan and Janmashtami.
Recipe:
Put a ghee in the pan and heat vermicelli on a medium flame, roast it well until it gets pink. In one pan, heat the heat on a low flame until it starts boiling. Now add the roasted vermicelli in it and keep it stirring with a spoon for 1-2 minutes till vermicelli does not well cooked.
After cooking the vermicelli in the milk, add a sugar to it and keep it stirring with a spoon. After the sugar dissolves well, add chopped nuts into the milk-vermicelli mixture.
After the kheer is cooked, put a cardamom powder in another vessel. In this way, a delicious Vermicelli (Sevai) Ki Kheer is prepared.
