When did you say Namaste?
In Hindu religion, while meeting or bidding farewell to someone, we salute each other with folded hands to show respect to each other. Humility towards each other is also expressed through Namaste. Namaskar is a simple and beautiful expression of divine qualities like devotion, love, respect and humility which provides divine energy to the person. When we do Namaskar with folded hands, it brings a consciousness in our body, which also increases our memory. It is believed that Namaskar Mudra also increases the ability to control anger, due to which the person's nature becomes more humble.
