When did you say Namaste?
In Hindu religion, while meeting or bidding farewell to someone, we salute each other with folded hands to show respect to each other. Humility towards each other is also expressed through Namaste. Namaskar is a simple and beautiful expression of divine qualities like devotion, love, respect and humility which provides divine energy to the person. Understanding the spiritual science behind a religious act (religious act) like Namaskar helps in further strengthening the faith in this religious act.

Spiritual significance of Namaskar
Our body is divided into two parts, in which the right part is called Ida and the left part is called Calf. In such a situation, while doing Namaskar, Ida and Pingala Nadi merge together, which also develops spirituality in the body. Greeting someone not only increases intimacy but it also strengthens your relationships.

Because it is believed that when you greet someone with folded hands, the other person is able to remember you for a longer time. Both our hands are linked to conduct and thoughts. Here conduct means religion and thought means philosophy. In such a situation, doing Namaskar by joining both hands together means that it maintains balance in both your religion and philosophy.

Scientific importance of Namaskar
There is also scientific importance behind saying namaskar with folded hands. According to which, this activates the Heart Chakra and Ajna Chakra and the transmission of positive energy in the body also starts faster. Due to which the person experiences mental peace.
