Kartika month is the eighth month of the Hindu calendar, which falls in October and November of the Gregorian calendar. In the national civil calendar of India, Kartika is the eighth month of the year. Kartik month or Damodar month holds great spiritual significance in the Hindu calendar. Kartik month is considered the most sacred month in Hinduism.
