Guru Har Krishan Sahib Ji, the eighth guru of the Sikhs stayed at this place in the year 1664, now-a-days called as गुरुद्वारा बंगला साहिब (Punjabi: ਗੁਰੂਦਵਾਰਾ ਬੰਗਲਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ, English: Gurudwara Bangla Sahib).
