दीपज्योतिः परंब्रह्म दीपज्योतिर्जनार्दनः।
दीपो हरतु मे पापं दीपज्योतिर्नमोऽस्तु ते।।
Meaning: The light of the lamp symbolizes the great Brahma, the lamp of the lamp Ardanard (Lord of the Universe).
(Prayer) The light of this lamp washes away our sins. I salute this light (the giver of life).

सिद्धिबुद्धिप्रदे देवि भुक्तिमुक्तिप्रदायिनि।
मन्त्रपूते सदा देवि महालक्ष्मि नमोस्तु ते।।

Meaning: O Mantraput Bhagwati Mahalakshmi who bestows success, knowledge, happiness and salvation! Thank you always

सर्वज्ञे सर्ववरदे सर्वदुष्टभयंकरि।
सर्वदुःखहरे देवि महालक्ष्मि नमोऽस्तुते।।

Meaning: The one who knows everything, the one who gives all boons, the one who scares all the wicked,
I bow to you, Goddess Mahalakshmi, the destroyer of all sorrows.

हिरण्यवर्णां हरिणीं सुवर्णरजतस्रजाम्।
चन्द्रां हिरण्मयीं लक्ष्मीं जातवेदो म आवह।।

Meaning: O Vitaveda (one who knows everything) Agnidev! Golden (Mahalakshmi),
