Shri Shiv Navgrah Mandir Dham dedicated to Navgrah with the presence of Loard Lord Shiv, Navgrah. The main dham of the temple is dedicated to Shri Shani Maharaj Ji. Shri Surya Dev is placed at the top of the main entrance. Shri Sankatmochan Hanuman Mandir and Shri Shakti Mandir are also attached with this premises.
Navgrah:
In navgrah, the Nav means nine and Grah means Planet major celestial bodies of Hindu astronomy. These celestial bodies are named:
Surya (Sun), Chandra (Moon), Mangala (Mars), Budha (Mercury), Brihaspati (Jupiter), Shukra (Venus), Shani (Saturn), Rahu (North Lunar Node), Ketu (South Lunar Node)
This temple is situated at a very busy place near Chandni Chowk Metro Station, Mahatma Gandhi Park and Hardayal Nigam Public Library.
