Banke Bihari Temple Corridor (बांके बिहारी मंदिर कॉरिडोर)

Like the Kashi Vishwanath Corridor in Varanasi, preparations have started for the Banke Bihari Temple Corridor in Mathura. According to the survey, the entire corridor will be built in five acres. Banke Bihari Temple is situated in Vrindavan Dham of Mathura district of UP. This famous ancient temple was built by Swami Haridas in 1864, it is believed that the idol of Shri Krishna installed in this temple has manifested itself.How will be the corridor of Banke Bihari temple?
According to the proposed plan, the corridor will have three routes through which the temple can be reached. This entire corridor will be of two storeys. The first route will be from Jugal Ghat. The second way will be from Vidyapeeth Chowk and the third from Jadaun parking. The temple can be reached through these three routes.

What will be special in Banke Bihari Temple Corridor?
❀ The corridor of Banke Bihari temple will be of two storeys. As the devotees move forward in the corridor, they will get a glimpse of the temple.
❀ There will also be many facilities for the devotees in the corridor, which will have luggage room, shoe room, toilet and drinking water. Along with this, medical and child care facilities will also be there.
❀ A circumambulation route will also be made in this corridor. Its upper part will be of 11 thousand 600 square meters and the lower part will be of 11 thousand 300 square meters.
❀ In the proposed corridor, devotees will be able to visit Banke Bihari temple as well as four more ancient temples. These include the Madan Mohan Temple and the Radha Vallabh Temple. Both these are ancient temples.

Banke Bihari Temple Corridor will be built on five acres. The roads leading to the corridor will also be widened. 321 buildings and properties coming in the way of the corridor will be acquired. For this a compensation of Rs 200 crore is proposed.

The temple and Yamuna river will be connected through this corridor. Devotees take a dip in the Yamuna.
