On the day of Chaitra Shukla Purnima, all Hanuman devotees observe Shri Hanuman birth anniversary i.e. Hanuman Jayanti in a grand way.

The tallest Hanuman idol of 25 feet has been installed in the Mahalakshmi temple of Hockessin, Delaware, USA, which has been brought from Warangal, Telangana. It is the tallest statue of a Hindu god in the country and has been carved out of a single stone of black granite. This 30,000 kg weight Hanuman statue took more than a year to complete.
