How Holi celebrated in Vrindavan
Holi of Mathura, Vrindavan and Barsana is famous all over the world. Here Radha-Krishna used to play with the Gopis. In Braj Dham, Holi is played not only with colors but also in many other ways. As soon as spring arrives, the entire temple in Braj is decorated with yellow flowers. How to Reach Mathura?
By road, public buses and taxis are available from Delhi and Agra, which take approximately 3 1⁄2 hours and 1 1⁄2 hours respectively. Agra Airport is the nearest airport to Mathura. But there are more flight options at the airport in Delhi. Rail route is the most economical way to reach Mathura. It takes about 1 hour from Agra to Mathura. From Delhi, it takes about 2 hours.
